1. You can send in a Support Ticket asking for specific Help Guides to be updated. They only periodically update the Help Guides, so some of them may become outdated after awhile.
2. You can check the Providers list: https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/
3. Do you mean for IPS Support Tickets, or do you mean for Commerce > Support.
4. There's a very robust Attachments Center app by @DawPi
5. FYI he embedded a YouTube video.
6. You should probably check with @Adrian A. or go custom

Moving a post

Hi @Elbmek, I think I understand the confusion - you want to move a single post. Keep in mind that most posts are not isolated to themselves. There are subsequent posts that flow with the discussion, so in most cases (and I'm speaking broadly here), when you move a post, you normally want to move that post and all subsequent posts. That' why IPS calls it 'split,' because it divides the topic at that point. I believe you want to move only that one post, yes?
8. ACP > System > Posting. This allows you to limit file extensions, although it's not per group.
9. You would need to exclude club content everywhere. Go to ACP > Community > Club > Settings.

Topic Summary Note

No, content message is separate from Topic Summary and will appear under topic title.
11. Nobody's going to read this you noob. You need to put this in red caps in your Marketplace description.
12. Certain upgrade notices are dismissable for new versions; others are not that include critical security updates. You'll need to simply ignore until you're ready to upgrade, and it only appears to Administrators.
13. IPS is actively exploring options for video. There's no news to share (yet!). I'm personally a big fan of video and imagery as a growing form of communication for the future. We invented text because it simply wasn't possible to replicate in-the-moment images that captured the entirety of the experience in the times of cavemen. We needed to use sticks to draw representative pictographs. We're now coming full circle. With cloud storage, cameras, smartphones, and instant photography available to the masses, our communication of the future will be richer, more full bodied, and all-encompassing. Textual conversation in forums will always be the legacy focus of IPS, and I don't think that's going to change, but it's clear that a significant portion of online communication is moving away from text and towards voice and video, and it's not a trend that will reverse. As others have astutely pointed out, IPS needs to explore options that can work across the range of communities and server hosting environments.
14. That's the best kind of ipsum. Looking forward to your showcase!
15. Ah I understand now, thanks for your clarification. @Adriano Faria is correct, you cannot hide these since this is a system default. You probably won't use the Block Manager very often, once you get your community configured.
16. Congrats on getting approved! The multi community app is still in technical preview / beta and this is its initial roll-out. You're one of the first clients to get a sneak peek at a live demo of the app. The team is excited to continue development of the mobile app, and look forward to adding several of the great suggestions that you've identified. You're welcome to collate and post other mobile app suggestions in the Feedback forum.
17. If you open the Block Manager (a small arrow in the left hand side of the screen), you can generally add or remove blocks. There are also some hardcoded blocks, that either can't be removed or are controlled via ACP settings. If you can take a screenshot of the specific block, we can advise on how to remove.
18. I should clarify that my note shouldn't be construed as a recommendation of any theme author over another, but it can provide a useful data point. There are several talented theme developers in the IPS Marketplace who put out great themes, and theming is such a personal choice that you really should explore the entire portfolio of themes before making a decision.
19. The theme author @Ehren behind IPSFocus is the same theme consultant behind 4.5's new theme. He's generally excellent in his theme support.
20. As an advance notice for you, BBcode will be deprecated and no longer supported by IPS, so it's in your best interests to not rely on BBcode moving forward.
21. In your theme templates, edit mobileNavBar and before the closing
add something like:
{template="mobileNavigationIcon" app="core" group="global" params=""}

22. You can check with @TSP, he can probably help with Norwegian translation.
23. If you can reproduce on default theme, send in a ticket. Also, do you have any custom blocks?
