• I do not receive email from support, and I can't register my second e-mail adress on this website as alternative contact, because I an not allowed to be a member - I'm blocket because of my Ip adress. I have given you my Ip adress on PM, but still you have not opened that Ip. I am on a vessel in the middle of the ocean so I can't alter my Ip - like using my mobile/wifi/ gives the same Ip.

I guess you must use "." instead of "," on the position..

How do I reopen that ticket then? Can't you just open that ticket yourselve? You see - I have an issue with emails coming from your supportsystem are not received on my mailserver and I do not like using so much time with this issue as long as the error is found.

"E-mail support" is not working perfectly for me. E-mails from support are somewhat disappearing - I don't know where they are going, but I do not receive them - not in Spamfolder either, and my second e-mail adress need to be a member here on this site to have as an alternative contact in my client area. Now my own second e-mail adress is not allowed to register on this site - for whatever reason. 

Anyway - the reason for this topic is a suggestion - why don't Invision use the forums for support? They can clearly see my messages in the Test posting messages, (because sometimes they reply to it) so why don't you just have a forumsection with the right permissions to handle private support, so that only I and supportstaff can see what is written?

I meant the latest main release.

This x.x.1 release comes in early with fixes and that is great. I have as a routine not to upgrade before I get the red banner on my sites, and just fine that the authors here get their sites up and running.

How could we that have not upgraded yet don't come in the same situation. Seems to me like this latest realease has a lot of problems..

If you’re on a previous version and not the very latest you’ll have the sql toolbox in acp.

This nice feature was removed on the latest release 4.7.0. 

I had this very same error on my site. I just can't find the actual reason - and to sort out the problem for the member experiencing this I had to reset the members password. 

It is kind of strange because when I log in as the other member I just get that message - so there is no way to return to my own account on my site. 

I just get an error - but maybe only my profile?

Did you have a lot of bad experiences with that feature - a lot of supportissues? 

I find it kind of difficult to install another 3'rd party program to run some simple commands. I use that section in ACP to select random users for a monthly price. Just a simple command i run. This is somewhat making life harder. A root admin should be able to run any command on his server. A big red text above would be simple enough..

Remove guest access to that form?

Just a sidenote, but I find the Review process facebook has - is a little unprofessional.

One thing is that they register a three different accounts on my site (plus the testuser I made), another is that they don't say that the review process is completed. On my site the "facebook testuser" has an ip in Singapore from a Amazon IP. Same as the three other new users just registering. 

I think several members there are testing my settings. One is complaining about my Privacy Policy settings. I had to put in some text about how members could be deleted.

Do you have only this resource that does something in topic view? 

When i disabled this app the errors disappeared. Was a lot of them, but I agree with you. Might be a conflict somewhere. 

I will investigate more another day.

Hello - been searching for an answer on this question but did not find any. 

I am trying to set up Commerce so that a guest can buy an item without actually being a member. I just like them to fill out their name, adress, email and maybe phonenumber and then they would be sendt an invoice directly and an email for payment info of that payment of some sort. 

Is that possible?
