Well I was in the Payment Area and the Paypal Part that I've set up. That option you describe there, isn't in that section. So here I have no restriction for payment such as you stated. I assume that's in another part?
Thanks for sharing that point and of course I will remember.  I think I need to have another look at how permissions are set then, and play around to ensure it works as I want.  I went in and I didn't think it was working as it should. Perhaps the Cache issue was part of that problem. Thanks

Fixed it now. Still using same browser. Cleared cache and I also Changed Login to include display name

It does indeed! In fact what you mention is the intention of doing support in this way. We can build a database of similar issues. It does have other advantages too, for example while we will provide official answers based on how we would use the software, some customers may have other ways to implement different solutions. So its pretty win win

I see that has now been resolved for you, and this appears to have been an issue with mail filters. Just adding information here for others who may experience the same

This does look useful. I went to your link and it was in German. I'm on 4.6.8 so I wouldn't mind giving this a try.
Will it be English and how is it downloaded to install on the latest version. It's been a while since I installed a plugin.
