I have another problem though. I've upgraded to 4.6.8 and signed out.

I can't seem to recover the password for my admin login now to the forums.  I think I changed the settings last night, to accept display name or email address.

So when I try to login now, I'm always asked for an @ as it's asking me to type my email in.  Thus, not supporting my username.

How can I get this resolved, so that I can check the Temp Admin Account.

You would simply sign in with email instead and the same password there

I tried that and tried 3 of them, to reset. I've heard nothing back in over 10 minutes?

Sorry, have you attempted to actually sign in with your email and password, rather than username? Im not referring to resetting there

Yes. With 4 different emails. None are getting me in with the password, so I've tried resetting all emails, and still nothing?

Thanks Marc.  Sorry, I couldn't access this thread a moment ago. It was showing as closed. Apologies about creating another one.

Hope it won't take long, I need to send out an email to many users that's quite urgent, and I'll need access to the Admin account.

You responded to the ticket with those same details you just posted. You need to respond to that email again. You are providing there details on your account here. What I need is to know the name of your account on your own site. At present, we have no information about what account you cannot access

I see that has now been resolved for you, and this appears to have been an issue with mail filters. Just adding information here for others who may experience the same
