Hello, i just upgraded to 4.7.2 and after rebuilding solved stats in the background i received "locked task: queue" warning in ACP:

If i try to run it now, i receive:

You would delete the folder that the app uses. This is most likely:
./applications/chat/
The app name may be slightly different, but it should be obvious which folder to delete.
This assume you don't have any other chat application, but if you do, be sure to delete the correct folder.
Once that is done, refresh the Applications page and that entry should be gone.

I just changed PHP version for my self hosted IPS community, from 7.4 to 8.0 (for IPS 4.7), and i noticed that short_open_tag (in CPanel -> PHP Selector) is disabled by default, but i can enable it. Is it recommended to turn it on or should i leave it disabled? I have read that it is deprecated but i would like to know other opinions.

IPS is not using it.  So it really does not make a difference one way or another in terms of IPB functionality.  In general, if something is deprecated, it's going to be removed at some point.  If that is the case and you're not using it today... why run the chance of STARTING to use something you know is on the way out the door in terms of being supported.  
The saying goes...  "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".  🙂 
You're not going to gain anything by turning it on, so I would personally leave it alone.

I just upgraded my community to IPS 4.6.8 and enabled the robots.txt file from ACP. I can see it when i type domain.tld/robots.txt but i can't find it in FTP/public_html. It is not generated in that folder?

It is a dynamically generated URL. It is not a physical file.

If a forum does not have the "Solving" option turned on, the counter will not be shown in the topic.
Community --> Forums --> Display Settings --> Enable Solved?

I just checked the latest indexed articles in Google and i noticed that they are the following:

lots of "sign in" pages with different URLs, and "create new topic" page from topic view.
The URLs are the following:
https://pctroubleshooting.ro/login/?ref=some_random_charcters https://pctroubleshooting.ro/forum/45-jocuri-online/?do=add from my point of view I should forbid the indexing of these pages. what do you think?
how can i disallow that dynamic URLs?
do you have any recommendation for robots.txt?

The read status won’t work in the blocks because they’re caching the response and returning literally the same content for few minutes for members with the same permission groups.

I think I found the problem. I did not write the correct upgrade link (myforum.tld/upgrade instead myforum.tld/admin/upgrade)
