I have a slight problem with this. If I enable the bottom button I get an error:

I've tried reinstalling, running the support tool and waiting the obligatory 15 minutes 'cos I'm CiC

It's not a big problem, using the top button it works fine and I'm more than happy with that. Thanks for another excellent plugin!

It does't feel right to ask for a refund, it's my fault for not reading the description fully, although in my defense I haven't seen a plugin that needed an upload for a long time.

I really could do with this plugin. Unfortunately such was my excitement, I failed to read the description properly and didn't see that I have to upload a file, which as a CiC customer I can't do.

My fault 100%, I accept that.

Do you have any plans to make this available for CiC customers? 

I'm having a little difficulty setting this up

At present I use Commerce. I have three "Supporter" Groups set up Silver (£5), Gold (£10) and Platinum (£20). Payment gets you the group for a year. It actually works how I want, but is difficult to manage and I want to be able to send a PM on donation and possibly a forum post, so I've brought Donations.

I've set up my three "promotions" and set up three donation amounts. I've tested using an offline payment and it seems to work, except the member isn't promoted. Why?

We only deal in UKP - How can I delete USD?

I am also unsure on setting up PayPal. The PayPal Gateway instructions say

I don't have a "History" tab, I've tried searching PayPal for an IPN with no joy. In Commerce, I have Client ID & Secret settings. Do I need these in Donations?

When I tested with an offline payment, I received a "Thanks for the donation" PM immediately on making the donation. Surely the PM should be sent when payment is received, not when it's promised? (some people forget lol)

I've just purchased this and after an initial hiccup (quickly and efficiently sorted by @Fosters - Many Thanks!) is working very well.

Please could I add a suggestion for consideration. I appreciate there is a purchase filter, could you add "NOT purchased"? Then I could use it to remind members to purchase a supporter package.

In the Admin CP, if I list Member Notes and there is a long note, I don't see all the page:-

I can't get to the Author, Edit or Delete buttons - there is no horizontal scroll either. (Works fine on some pages)

Any suggestions please?

Whilst trouble shooting recently, I disabled Messages and my forum  threw an error

[[Template core/front/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

It goes away when I re-enable the app.

How can I uninstall Messages without losing my current theme?

And viewing your video is what I talked to @David..: probably the okd editor cache issue. 

I was just agreeing with the poster that my install exhibits the same behaviour. It doesn't affect the extreme usefulness of the plug in and is in fact time saving hence I've never reported it as anything

The video capture isn't great but....

Enter forum "Zipper" & create new topic - no pre-defined text

Edit forum "Zipper" and click "Pre-defined Fields" tab - text already entered

If I open a browser and go straight to edit forum, it doesn't happen. If I edit a forum with the fields in and go to the next it does. As I have over 100 sub forums to do, I consider it a "feature"

I have just upgraded to V4.2 and V13 of Kitchen Sink.

Since doing so I have been unable to access any of the reported content on my site. Tech Support have assisted and narrowed the problem down to Kitchen Sink which is now disabled. 

Any help gratefully received.

I love this plugin and use it regularly

There are still little bits that, in my eyes, need changing to make it perfect

1) The original author still shows in the Activity Stream despite changing it

2) If you have a Topic by Member A and a reply by Member B, the forum list shows the last post by member B as you would expect. If you change the author of the Topic to Member C, the forum list shows the last post by Member C as well (even though the latest post is Member B's reply). A workaround is to firstly change the author of the first post to Member C, then change the author of the reply from Member B to Member B. It then displays correctly, but adds an extra step

If you set all user groups to be able to give zero likes/reputation, they disappear
