  2. Have you also disabled all third-party applications to see if the problem persists? When you press on the database problem, does it ask you to take some kind of action? You might have some tables to convert to innodb

  4. You can try clearing the cache. In administration, in the upper right hand corner you will find support and press. When the page opens to the right or top center, you find the way to clear the cache.

As a translator I have to be able to translate everything without such problems.   14. Not sure. In your conf_global.php the address entered ends with this?(/) As the example above the same address changes because of this.

  17. If present also set the datastore folder to 777. Also try the file conf_global.php 666
