    If you mean they can create new topics and the topics are not visible to anyone, it’s the Post Before Registering doing its job. It checks the Member group (the one in your conf_global.php) permissions .

    It’s a sidebar block but I can show in a grid format (columns) in horizontal mode. Depending on how it goes on marketplace, I can male it better later. Right now it has 0 purchases. Even if you purchase it, doesn’t worth the time I will spend on it.
