Mate, I’m supporting this (and a lot of other TheJackal84 resources) not for a long time. Although I may already know how the vast majority works, I’m not 100% familiarized with all little features of them all. If it there isn’t a very obvious setting or module to what you want, then it isn’t possible. No, it’s done only by the admin in the ACP.

You purchased it via ACP Marketplace from your 4.6 install? It shouldn’t allow, as far as I know. It seems it shows (and allows to purchase) only files with the version you’re using. Anyway, I’ll try to do it during the weekend. Working in another resource now.

It's all in the settings. Either on Members Shop -> Settings or Points Settins. Just browse there.

This is up to the marketplace moderators. It can take a day, two, a week, etc. There's a setting to choose image providers. There are 4 or 5, if I recall. Most of them, paid. Of course you will have a better service if you pay for it. Free works but sometimes it's offline or has another temporary issue and may stay a couple of days offline, as I noticed sometimes.

There’s an error there (EX2). Go to uploads/logs folder and see the if there’s a log error file there. -

Any idea, @Stuart Silvester? Versions: { "100000": "1.0.0", "100001": "1.0.1", "100002": "1.0.2", "100003": "1.0.3", "100004": "1.0.4", "100005": "1.0.5", "100006": "1.0.6", "100007": "1.0.7" } It isn't the known versions issue.

Submit a ticket. No one but IPS can reply or do something for you. -
You were the 3rd to purchase this file. When you purchased It was $45 with $25 renewal. I decreased the price later. Even if I decrease the renewal to $10 now, you’ll still pay $25 because you will pay the amount at the time you purchased. Same happens if I increase it to $50 renewal. You will keep paying $25. That’s how Commerce works.
