Users are totally confused. I've gotten a couple of questions already what the heck is "Who We Are" ?

Installed the latest version. Two questions: What's up with the configure setting icon? If you turn off the display, how do you turn it back on? Can anyone turn off the display? If so, can I over ride that? My members are not smart enough to use the back button like I did and turn it back on. Can you change the color of the text in the Start New Topic button?

Well that stinks. I only want the email to go those who have been approved as a member. If the email goes to them at validation, they think they are regular members and then complain when they cant access the site. Is there no way to add this as a setting?

Validation or approval? I don't want an email to go to the user until I manually approve the account.
