    We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

    For the last few days many of our members have been getting the attached message popping up while they are on the forum
    Can anyone tell me what this is and why our members are being asked to Install a Guide that even we dont know what it is.
    It pops up every 4 or 5 clicks apparently

    It was related to the issue with the licensing server, so that would indeed have resolved the issue 🙂

    I have just cleared the cache again and both are now working
    I had done this before and it didnt change it so not sure if you fixed it - if you did thank you

    No harm done by clicking the install guide as that just bring them to our documentation here.

    Hi I will delete them, dont want to switch off as we do want to keep the points 
    This is what I have done so far
    Points
    Deleted ALL rules except 1 point per post - that is how it was before the upgrade.
    I am about the delete all the badges.

    I have just installed this on my forum hosted on the invision cloud,  its set for guests only and I am checking with a browser that I don't normally use.
    The popup isnt showing, could it be a caching issue?  I have gone into the forum support function to clear cache, but not sure if that does it all
