Fixed. Will be released. Once default notifications will handle it then my mod too. 🙂 Not a bug. The same you will find in stock logs. I'm using stock IPS4 notification content.

Pending 2.0.5: fixed one language bit, changed radio select notify type to multicheckbox.

For now it will be all. There is no problem to switch it into multiple selectbox in future.

Is this template customized? If yes, please make backup of it and revert to default. Then check again. -
