Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Canindia Posted November 1 Posted November 1 My community is having issue with links embedding from X from last 48 hrs., is anyone experiencing same issues and if there is a workaround for this? Thanks in advance. The link could not be embedded because there is no tweet at that URL. angle4cor 1
Jim M Posted November 2 Posted November 2 Seems to be working fine here as you can see above. I would check to ensure that your server is able to reach the X.com servers, you are not blocked in any manner. If you are not, please disable all third party applications/plugins/themes and try again.
TDBF Posted November 4 Posted November 4 (edited) I have been getting the same issue, and there have been many reports about this on Redit as well. Quote The link could not be embedded because there is no tweet at that URL. I don't think this is an issue with Invision, but with Musk's Twitter (refuse to call it X). Just an update. This seems to be random when it works or not. I will try to post one minute and get an error, and a couple of minutes later, the tweet will embed correctly. Edited November 4 by TDBF angle4cor 1
Canindia Posted November 4 Author Posted November 4 Thanks you all, I don't have any plugins, updated themes, but still continue to get this issue.

PPlanet Posted November 8 Posted November 8 What I noticed on my forum is that out of the blue, the tweets would just not display. I cleared the system cache and they are displaying again. Not sure if this is the same problem the OP was having.

Marc Posted Friday at 11:47 AM Posted Friday at 11:47 AM Please link me to where you are seeing it. I would think its probably their end, but I can check
PPlanet Posted Friday at 11:52 AM Posted Friday at 11:52 AM It's all good at the moment @Marc. What I meant is that clearing the system cache did the trick for me (then again, not sure if it was the same problem others were having). I do use Cloudflare too, so maybe that's another factor which may have had some incidence. If it happens again, I'll let you know; cheers.
Marc Posted Friday at 01:09 PM Posted Friday at 01:09 PM Possibly. If its working now, the one thing you do know is its not going to be site side. It can only really be cache or twitter end PPlanet 1
smrogers Posted Friday at 08:47 PM Posted Friday at 08:47 PM I am having a similar problem, even after clearing my system cache. I do, however, use Cloudflare. Example thread here: https://www.billikens.com/forum/index.php?/topic/32253-avila-pre-game-thread/ Getting this error message: angle4cor 1

smrogers Posted Tuesday at 01:09 AM Posted Tuesday at 01:09 AM 12 hours ago, Marc said: Its very likely cloudflare is causing the issue on your end I "paused" Cloudflare, and I get the same error message. This occurs even after purge my cache in Cloudflare and again clearing my system cache in IPB. I tried embedding the tweet in multiple browsers with no luck. Note, I reenabled Cloudflare after testing this.
Marc Posted Tuesday at 09:26 AM Posted Tuesday at 09:26 AM This actually appears to be an issue on many sites around the net. I suspect its probably rate limiting, but that's just a guess. What I can say is its their end, and its not just you
media Posted Tuesday at 02:39 PM Posted Tuesday at 02:39 PM Hi, Can I see the X URL that brings that Error message????? Please rap it with code function here Thx
