Verto Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 Hello everyone, I am setting up a community, and I encounter a problem in the commerce module, when I try to create a new product for the store. I want to create advertising packages to sell them in the store, but I can't select the product type 'Advertisement' in the product configuration. Jim M Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 Would try going to ACP -> System -> Advertisement to see if you have access to the Advertisement module. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Ryan Ashbrook Posted November 10, 2023 Share Posted November 10, 2023 It looks like you are editing a package - once a package is created and saved, it cannot be changed from the type that was initially chosen. I was using the method of copying products that were already created, to modify them and thus create a new one, but I did not know that you can not modify the type of product, once created.
