How do i get help with manual upgrade ? 

We would not assist with manual upgrade. You would need to upload the files manually, and then proceed to the upgrader screen at /admin/upgrade on your site

A few years back you guys made some custom changes to my script and since then you always helped me with manual upgrades. please I need help with this. i know you usually charge me for it.

Looking in your ticket history, this is not something we have done for you. In fact, we have a ticket from 2021 where you did your own upgrade, so I am a little confused by this. Maybe you previously had a third-party provider doing this for you? Either way, I'm afraid, this is not a service we offer any longer.

What kind of custom changes exactly? It's possible that IPS simply applied patches for bugs they investigated, which aren't exactly "custom changes".

However, based on Jim's reply, rather than IPS doing something for you, it seems you hired a 3rd party provider.

I am unable to even access the admin panel 

You can follow the instructions here to do a manual upgrade: 

You will need your admin password but won't need access to the ACP itself to start the upgrade.

here s the error am getting after file upload 

 

Could contain: Page, Text, File, Webpage

When you downloaded the files from the client area, you did not click the option to include the converter files. 

Just download the files again and this time check the checkbox to include those files. 🙂
