Jordan Lasswell Posted October 14, 2023 Share Posted October 14, 2023 I installed a plugin and once I went to try to use it the whole website basically deleted it's self because all pages are only showing a blank white page even the admin panel. It's possible that it's not compatible with PHP 8, or maybe you're on an older Invision Community version and the plugin requires a newer version to work. Most likely this is an incompatible issue between the plugin and your forum/php version. Trying the recovery mode should bring your forum back. If that won't work for some reason, you can try to uninstall that plugin manually. The best way would be to ask in the plugins/apps support topics or contact their developers directly and ask them what version are they compatible with.
