Lordest Posted July 20, 2023 Share Posted July 20, 2023 Hello. Isn't there a Ticket / Help system in the forum where users can submit requests to us? I couldn't do that in my own forum. So, will there be no special support for the user? Because one of the things we need most in general is that a user can send us a special request. Ticket was the most convenient way for this.
