media Posted May 23, 2023 Posted May 23, 2023 20 min ago tried to apply the newest patch but got this. The license key is not valid. Please contact account assistance. my license is valid, and it is on auto renewal.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. I also tried to re-add my key via "Change License Key" but get an error "The license key supplied is not valid.
