Greek76 Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 For some reason my rank images aren't showing on the forums. Any ideas on why that might be happening? It's a new install. I reuploaded all the files twice but still the rank image is missing. Thanks

Which folder would they be in from the upload file? Thanks

The file you need to import is \applications\core\data\achievements\ranks.xml You would import it into: ACP > Members > Achievements > Ranks Click on the "Import" button and find that XML I noted above in your local copy. That fixed it and thanks. I had originally uploaded that file through ftp and twice which I thought would have fixed the issue. Never occurred to me to upload manually through my admin.

Yes, they are the XML files that are used during upgrade and original install, to add those. So if you wanted to use them in the future, importing through the ACP is the correct way to go Greek76 1
