Please contact your hosting provider to see if they can investigate why it is missing on your server. While unrelated to your issue, I do want to bring up that you are rather behind in releases and should upgrade at your earliest convenience. Would rather check and be wrong 🙂 The table itself being missing however, you would need to address in this case.
