Error: Call to a member function url() on bool (0)

Recommended Posts

Hello,
I apologize in advance if the question has already been asked, I do not speak English and the searches are unsuccessful 😢

I have not managed to contact the support via my website as I could do before and I do not know how to correct this problem:

I have this problem since the version previous to V4.7. I was hoping this would fix the problem but no, it's still there.
The error appears on the default IPS theme and the custom theme

Do you have an idea of the problem ?

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Before we proceed any further, please check this on default database templates, as these are separate to your theme

I tested with the default theme and with the custom theme but it does not work in the 2 cases
however if I add  " ?do=edit  " at the end I can edit the articles without problem. 🙃

This is not your theme, as mentioned. This is your database templates
