GiulioPua Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 Hi there! Can't understand why I can't create tickets anymore (it says service expired, but I renewed as always). Anyway, this is critical, my forum is offline now. From one moment to another it started to show "An error occurred (500 Error)" Still can access admincp, and see a lot of system errors: What can it be and how I can run again the forum?

Stuart Silvester Posted January 27, 2022 Posted January 27, 2022 HI, I have disabled the 'Enable template disk caching' setting on your site, it seems that there may be an issue writing or reading these files on disk. This has brought your community back online. p.s. The way we offer support has changed recently. Instead of creating a ticket, this Help & Support forum is the best place to start. You will want to check to see if your server went over it's disk quota during this issue. I have removed the old cache templates so new ones will generate when you enable it again. However, if you are going over a storage disk quota, I would not advise enabling it till you get that resolved. dutchsnowden 1

Marc Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 As you can get into the admin CP, the simplest way to do this is to disable an application in System>Site Features>Applications, then reenable it. That will rebuild those GiulioPua 1
