Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Tylerm1383 Posted October 31, 2021 Posted October 31, 2021 Hey! So, whenever someone trys to download something off my site on Microsoft Edge, it says this site is unsafe and doesn't allow them to download it. None of it contains any malware of any sort so I am confused. Here is an image below. Can I know why? Madal 1
opentype Posted October 31, 2021 Posted October 31, 2021 Looks like IPS’ clould file storage location has been blacklisted. Maybe because one customer added questionable files. If you click the More Information link, you might see a link to report it as “not threats”. Probably not an instant fix though.

IveLeft... Posted October 31, 2021 Posted October 31, 2021 I just checked the url and it checks out ok https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3aips-cic-filestore.s3.amazonaws.com&run=toolpage I would imagine its an issue with Microsoft - good luck with that 🤪 Madal 1
Marc Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 This is something we are aware of happening in the Edge browser, and it being incorrectly flagged. We are working on a fix for this Madal 1
Bryon_S Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 I'm seeing the same thing with Chrome. Any help would be appreciated.
