The new topic info side bar in 4.5 that gives a summary of the topic is only displaying on some topics, is there a reason for this?

These are the items you can control via Settings:

You said "Some topics" - how many pages do those topics have?

They don't show up until page 2 last I checked.

found the answer

Nathan's post above shows you the options you have to control it (Criteria).

Number of pages is at least X or always show
