No, we (your peers) can't...it's CIC, so wait for the ticket to be checked.

If your site is back online, there's probably no reason to keep the ticket open.

The IPS team keeps an active eye on CiC and addresses issues as they come up, so it looks like they fixed whatever the problem was already.

You can submit a priority ticket if your site is ever down again in the future. There should be a checkbox to mark your ticket as priority, unless that was removed.

I concur. IPS will be aware of any 'Server issue' with their equipment aka CiC, although if you think its taking too long a ticket is the way to go.
