Posted October 20, 20186 yr Hello, I tested the Newsletter Block but I can´t view. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I think I've tried all the options: In different locations Accessing as a guest, user and administrator. I can not find the problem
October 20, 20186 yr Community Expert So I assume you made sure the block was put on those pages you tested, right? If you still don’t see it, then it means that you are already subscribed to bulk mails. Try to temporarily unsubscribe in your account settings and then the block should appear again.
