Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
kar3n2 Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 Hi On a members profile the amount of files they have listed in the marketplace is mentioned in the left sidebar but why isn't this a live link for easy click thru? Can it be done?
Joel R Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 I agree. They should have built a profile tab for files, like they do for albums or blogs.

Adriano Faria Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 This is a profile field... at least it was in earlier versions. So it's really easy to someone add the link in the ACP.
Aiwa Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 https://invisioncommunity.com/profile/128263-aiwa/?do=content&type=downloads_file&change_section=1 It exists, it's just hidden... Ironically enough, that's the page clicking on the 'Contributor' badge will take you.
Adriano Faria Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 I think she's saying about this, in profiles:

So it's really easy to someone add the link in the ACP. I have a plugin called profile fields. Do you mean ask them to add their own link into one of the fields? The link to their market place files if they have any I mean? 15 minutes ago, Adriano Faria said: I think she's saying about this, in profiles: Yes thats what Im saying.... CRAZY that doesnt work isnt it?
kar3n2 Posted February 6, 2018 Author Posted February 6, 2018 @Adriano Fariafor example has 222 files in the marketplace. Pity I cant go see any of them unless you make me go do some searching and hoping I find them...

kar3n2 Posted February 6, 2018 Author Posted February 6, 2018 Here's the thing... its something to do with MARKETING yourself. Let me explain although i probs don't need to Some people are exceptionally helpful ( considering all the stuff I ask for help on) and they tend to stick in your mind. And then you check profile and might want to support them with some file that looks quite good. Cant bloody find it can we? Cant find them. So you have another glass of wine and give up.......

bfarber Posted February 7, 2018 Posted February 7, 2018 This already exists (for all content types, not just files). Go to any profile Click the 'see their activity' button at the right Click the content type in the left hand column
