Posted July 16, 20177 yr I am unable to create new member groups or edit existing groups in 4.2. Anyone else have this issue?
July 16, 20177 yr @Darren Schilling 1) Make sure you have the latest beta, they had issues with that in the suite. 2) If you have the latest beta, make sure the apps you use are upgraded to 4.2, some apps create that issue, I had it to and had to disable an app. Good luck Look at the error message, it should tell you which app is causing the issue.

If not what happens when you try to create or edit a group ? Is the button non-responsive ? One quick test you can do if its the latter is to temporarily try a different browser just to see if that's any better or clearing the cache in the existing one but I prefer another browser to "test" if possible.
July 16, 20177 yr I remember a similar bug report was closed because of a bug with the Member Map app on 4.2.
July 16, 20177 yr Author Thanks everyone. I disabled the apps and it worked. I'll try again and see if I can figure out which app(s) in particular are causing this.
