Well, I wasn't so lucky: my site is dead as per this recent thread:

To be honest, I don't know if it's a server-side issue or not at this point.  But if others here have no problems with 7.1 perhaps it is.

EDIT: problem has been resolved...my site is now running 7.1 and there are no issues at all right now.

As far as i know from a week ago memcache isnt good to go on PHP7.1 and EA4 which i found out last week when doing an upgrade - so if your running memcache this will give you issues

If it is then the only memcache i found that works on php7.1 and ea4 was here

Yes it is, if your host supports it.
