Tikkuy
I don't understand why Administrators have additional features when creating records such as 'Featured', 'Locked', 'Hidden', featured image, etc. but other member groups who have writing and editing permissions don't. It would be good to have these added to the permissions section so that we don't have to make these users administrators just so they can access them. Daniel F
This are moderator permissions. So all your moderators with the proper permissions will see these fields.

But I use my Content app to post actual news articles, so I don't want everyone who can post articles to also have mod permissions on the rest of the forum. Is that possible to set up? opentype
Yes. But as a warning: these moderator permissions are moderator permission, not edit permissions. If you give someone permission to hide/feature/lock/delete records, that that works for all records, not just their own records.
