Set reset time frame to "year" and enter "90" as reset day.

Hi, firstly, I can't seem to change a certain members points balance. I can hover over the points balance but am unable to click on it. Other members it works fine. Any idea?

Secondly, is it possible for points to be automatically added to members balance when voting in certain polls?

1. What do you have set for the points group permission "Can manage points?"?

2. I've noted this for the next version. I'm not sure about selected polls but points for voting in a poll shouldn't be a problem.

Yes that's what I have set. As I said I can do it on mobile, just not on desktop

This one I will need board access to troubleshoot, I can't reproduce this at all.

We still have exactly the same issue - the admin acccount can change the number of points for it''s own account but cannot change any other users points

Been like that since we first installed it.

I'd like to remove the redeem tab on the users' profiles. We're not using the feature, so I've disabled it through the basic points settings, but somehow it's still there.

This is a known bug, can you also disable it from the group permissions in the mean time?

When I click on "Redeem My Points" this happens:

I'm working on a new feature update for the points app right now, I'll be sure to fix this bug at the same time.

Clear the 'member_points' field in the 'core_members' database would probably be the easiest. If you've got phpMyAdmin and a lot of members, I would run it there.

Clearing the "basicpoints_logs" database table would achieve this.

I've noted both suggestions as they can be included in an upcoming feature update.

Not currently but have noted this for a future version.

I just added two Fixed points options, 10 and -10.  They both display with the + in front of them and neither is in red like the example pic you list.

Can you please let me know what I've done wrong?
