1. Where is the "Question & Answer"-Part (From Members to the Team) ?
2. Why there are no more "Get Support"-Topics (Links) for IPB 4 Downloads?
Support topic is not mandatory anymore, so they disabled it on Marketplace here. We need to create it manually and inform it on a extra field, not linked.
It would be great if it was linked imo...
I can see changing it since support was never mandatory so why auto-create support topics for unsupported apps/plugins. However, those topics still provide value as a good amount of time you find other community members willing to help out others when they face issues on unsupported apps/plugins.
Personally, it should have not been changed here, maybe they will change it back in the future, maybe not. I know I am keeping the auto support topics on my site
