RazorSEdge Posted April 22, 2015 Share Posted April 22, 2015 I can see changing it since support was never mandatory so why auto-create support topics for unsupported apps/plugins. However, those topics still provide value as a good amount of time you find other community members willing to help out others when they face issues on unsupported apps/plugins. Personally, it should have not been changed here, maybe they will change it back in the future, maybe not.
