Compliments to IPS Support team

You guys are clearly in the middle of a very busy time with the release of the IPS4 Betas. I've had three issues on my 3.4.x install that came up and required placing tickets for support. None were critical, yet you came through and addressed them faster than I'd even expect in a normal time.   Cheers and kudos to you!

I have been publicly critical of the support team in the past,  so it's only fair to also point out when you exceed expectations.
