Just a quick one - the latest update looks great, however the permissions seem to be bugged. It only displays if the permissions are set to allow all user groups to view it. When set to just staff user groups, we're all getting the same error message to say that we don't have the permissions to view it. Figured out the actual issue. Go through the process of setting the user groups with permissions, hit save, refresh the page and it'll unselect the groups clicked and select the first user group (in our case 'Banned') only.

The plugin is advertised as having a 'Find Member' functionality, attaching the screenshot you used to promote the plugin to avoid any confusion. Hey, where is the 'Find Member' option? It isn't displaying on our page, just options to sort members. That's the only reason we bought this app as we don't allow users to search for members using the inbuilt search system. This is for our staff to use.

Hi, We are having issues with our badge rules since upgrading. For example, we have 1 badge that is issued after 5 minutes of registering and it currently isn't being issued. We also have limited edition badges we ran for a period of time and the rules got paused, since upgrading all of those badges have been removed from members and we now have to manually reapply them. Is this is a known issue?

Is this going to be updated so that it works with 4.6?

Great plugin, however, how do staff members see who actually left the warning?

Firstly, I love the new badges and rules. They are an awesome way for us to reward and motivate our users but I feel like the system could be taken so much further. I'd really love to see more flexibility over the rules for badges. At the moment, the parameters are pretty vague. It would be super helpful if we could set more specific rules. For example, allowing users who post in a specific thread, join a specific club, login on a specific date, make a certain profile customization to receive a badge. Secondly, I think it would be awesome to attach forum perks to those who have received specific badges and/or accumulated so many points/ranks. For example, additional post reactions, additional user privileges, colored usernames etc. Would also be super cool if users could select 1 of their badges to display below their username/avatars next to their posts.

Our users get confused following a thread that includes multiple conversations. Is threaded replies a thing already? Similar to when you reply to somebody in the comments section on Instagram?

Have just added new badges for blogs and set up the rules. How long does it take for them to take effect or do I need to literally regenerate all points and badges again?

At the moment, it's configured to just 1 colour for all user groups that have their posts highlighted. This can get a little messy and hard to distinguish in communities where multiple different groups have this enabled.

Love the new functionality but wondering if the badges are available in a PSD toolkit so that we can customise without having to start from scratch? Thanks, Liam

Just wondering if there's a feature to PM new users with a standard welcome message once they've registered?
