    Currently getting this error for Authy SMS. Previously was getting something like generic_authy_error and the code sent via SMS just wouldn't allow me to login to admin cp.

    Do you happen to know of any quick fixes without having to go through the theme author? Also not precious about it being that icon, even if we can just change it to the letter S or something- just to help our support team see which icon to click

    Works fine on the default theme. Is there a chunk of code or anything I can add in to fix it please Marc?

    Thanks @Nathan Explosion, that was way easier than I thought and works. Only problem is the stock replies icon doesn't show on our front end, it's just blank space. Any idea?

    For context, we have just added a Saved Action to solicit user feedback once a support request is resolved in a thread. Are we also able to use this Saved Action in private message threads to initiate the same feedback Typeform?

    Hey Marc. Actually not sure, just know that pasting and converting into plain text fixes the issue and it seems to be a recent bug.

    Since recent update, we've been having so many issues with our CSS not loading properly. Sometimes it happens spontaneously but can generally be recreated by making any sort of legitimate edit to a theme's CSS files. Any advice / is this a known bug? Our community currently loading in like this 🙃 Update on this: have fixed by taking the edited CSS file, pasting into TextEdit, making plain text and then pasting it back in. Seems there's some sort of bug adding in an illegal character whenever we make edits on back end...

    Out of interest, has anyone done any custom styling for quiz layout? There's a lot of empty space and wondering if there's any alt. CSS flying about for the latest version? Great plugin btw.

    Have just installed. Will check and report back on the badge rules! Ok just tested and doesn't seem to have fixed it. Namely on this test I created a dummy account, joined a club and should have received a badge for joining a first club. Nothing came through. FYI on our community we changed the name of clubs to Tribes.

    Hi, Over the past few months, we've been having issues with automatically moderation holding things in the moderation queue when there's no apparent reason. We've spent time checking the individual accounts and our word filters and unable to figure out why this is happening. An established user just posted 'Welcome :D' and it got held. There are no trigger words included in their post and no account or user group restrictions to explain why that happened. We also frequently see established users have their content randomly held with no clear explanation why? Thanks.

    Hi guys, Had a few members report that they are not receiving badges. Have just tried on a dummy account and seems that some of our automated badge rules aren't working. Is this a known bug with a solution? We've had this issue since the last update a while back and haven't changed any rules or badge settings. Thanks, Liam

    Just jumping on to say that our members love this feature and it's really brought life to post bit areas. Most of our members are now using the features. Thank you for such an awesome plugin.

    Hi, We've had a number of users report that they are not receiving automated badges based on their activity. For example, users are set to receive a badge when they gain their first follower and for whatever reason, that automated rule is not being triggered. Nothing has been changed in our admin backend and everything about the rule and badge looks completely fine. Is this a known issue? Liam
