    A user posted something 8... well now it's 9 minutes ago. When I click the username to go to the profile, it says he last visited 33 minutes ago.

    Like that? If so, it's probably simply a case of them quoting the content then copying the quote and pasting into an existing quote...and rinse/repeat. Quoting works the way you see it - 1 level. But there are ways around it, as mentioned. Got it, thanks. 🙂

    I searched my ACP for 'quote' and 'quoting' but didn't find anything. I thought I had limited my quoting level to 1. Meaning, if user A posts something, and user B quotes user A and answers, and I try to quote the whole post by user B, only what B wrote is inside the quote in my post, it automatically strips the quote from A. Now this works for me, limiting my quote to only whoever I'm quoting, and not who they had quoted. And yet I just saw a regular member quote someone's quote... I'm not sure where to go to double-check my settings?

    I am revisiting this topic, as there's still a GUI confusion here. In the image below: the green ✔️ Following button indicates that I am following. If I click it, I will NOT be following. the green ✔️ Going button indicates that I am NOT going. If I click it, then I will be going. Same buttons, same wording, same symbol, same color coding - and yet opposite functionality. IMO, a green checkmark symbol and button should indicate that I am already doing something - like with the Following button.

    All of this was the case, yes, however now the problem has sorted itself out (there are now 4 members who have voted). I assume maybe some kind of caching issue?

    You don't (I don't have one). You just answer that there isn't one.

    Below that graph, you should see "Why pages aren’t indexed" . That section is where you can see the reasons why you have pages that aren't indexed, and determine if that's a problem, or if it's normal.

    If you're registered to do business with your real name in a country (any country) then you can use your real name as the business account name.

    You need to complete the checkups they're asking you to complete. I just completed that data use checkup before the deadline, and my app wasn't suspended. I know it's frustrating, as they keep having recurring checkups, however it generally doesn't take that long to complete the checkup. I suppose they're just covering their backside. They're making you state that you're having this or that policy and doing this or that with the data etc... so that if they're ever sued again (remember they just paid $725,000,000 to settle a privacy lawsuit in 2022), they have all their ducks in a row.

    I've restarted Chrome and the images now show up again.

    The ranks images aren't showing either for this site. The issue is when using a Chrome browser. The Safari browser shows the rank images as expected. Maybe this is an issue that started with the latest Chrome update?

    I haven't made any changes to our ranks and yet today I see that all ranks images are gone?

    I wish it was possible to quote an article (or a selection from an article) from Pages (with a link back to the article) in a comment or in a forum post, the same way we can quote a forum post.

    I assumed that once I flagged a member as spammer (which automatically removes their profile picture) they could no longer access their account, and yet I just saw one member flagged as spammer just uploaded a new profile picture?

    Most of the time, notifications are close to real time. If someone posts something, I get a notification within a few seconds. For the past few days I've started having some notifications (on this site as well as on my site) be delayed, for example this past one was about an hour late:

    Following up on my previous topic Frustrating behavior: clicking a notification replaces an open page in browser, can't retrieve it? Clicking a notification (that links to a new post or a new message) should open the new post/message in a new tab, not one of the existing tabs currently opened. The way it works now, if you're writing an article in Pages and click a notification, the new post/message replaces your article, and you lose all unsaved changes to your article.

    Ok I just got a notification from Facebook and even though I already had Facebook tabs open, when I clicked the notification it opened a new tab, leaving the current tabs alone. So it does look like it can be done, and that it is website dependent?

    So my first thought when I watched this video was: "looks nifty and sleek, and I'm sure this will be super useful to a lot of website, but I don't see how I would use it." Now all of a sudden I realized, this could be a way for me to 'bookmark' topics I know I intend to respond to but not right now, only later when I have the time. It would also send the signal to the person who posted the topic that I have taken note of their question and intend to answer it later. Interesting. Can't wait to play with it.
