At this juncture there is nothing to fix, I'm afraid. 

I had the same problem and resolved it with PHP 8.1

Did you just install all the modules that was required?

and its back up. I Installed 8.1 now i have root access. and then set everything to 8.1 and restarted the services.

I have requested the root account back from them. I could have fixed this myself by now but lack of access is causing an issue. plus i want all the access I can get to move everything over to a new host. We are in discussions with local company to do this.

The missing items shown in that screenshot are almost all default PHP Extensions.
While your host may be technically correct that PHP is "active and working", that does not mean it is working at a level needed to run our software.
If they continue to insist that the problem is not with them, I would look for a new host.
All of those items must be in place, and only your Host can do that.

thanks what i been thinking. I might get them to try uninstalling php 8 and see if that helps. thanks guys. i will report back when i spoke to them.

@Gabriel Torres that sounds like a similar issue I am getting. Upgraded from 7.4.3 to v 8 and getting 500 errors. but this is for the whole site including the admin panel. No idea if its possible to disable the customisations without the admin panel is there?
