    Sounds like a bot may be hitting that topic frequently.

    I've thought about the possibility of bots. But if that's the case, I should see a significant increase in the number of visits to my site. But that's not the case. That's why I don't think the bots explanation is the right one.

  2. Hello everyone,

    Since around mid-January we've been experiencing a problem with the number of views displayed on certain topics. Some topics randomly go from 50 views to over 1k views in a matter of hours. Some are even at over 4k. However, when I look at visits to the community via Google Analytics, I don't see anything unusual. I've reset the caches, disabled all plugins and installed applications, but it still doesn't help. Thanks for your help.

  3. Hello,

    Over the past few days, I've noticed a large wave of spam registrations. I then realized that "Spam Defense" was deactivated. I wanted to re-enable it, but when I click on the button, I get the following error message:

    2C116/2 Your license does not qualify for Spam Defense. Please contact technical support for more information.

    However, my license is up to date.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    Is this still supported?  If yes, can you please take a look at this:

    OutOfBoundsException: Notice (0)
    #0 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Helpers/Form/Translatable.php(131): IPS\Helpers\Form\_Editor->__construct('notice_descript...', '<p>\n\tPathLabTal...', true, Array)
    #1 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Helpers/Form/Translatable.php(149): IPS\Helpers\Form\_Translatable->_getEditors()
    #2 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Helpers/Form/FormAbstract.php(270): IPS\Helpers\Form\_Translatable->html()
    #3 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Helpers/Form/Form.php(456): IPS\Helpers\Form_FormAbstract->rowHtml(Object(IPS\Helpers\Form))
    #4 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Node/Controller.php(509): IPS\Helpers\_Form->__toString()
    #5 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Node/Controller.php(476): IPS\Node\_Controller->_showForm(Object(IPS\Helpers\Form))
    #6 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(107): IPS\Node\_Controller->form()
    #7 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Node/Controller.php(69): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute()
    #8 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/applications/notices/modules/admin/notices/Notice.php(46): IPS\Node\_Controller->execute()
    #9 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\notices\modules\admin\notices\_Notice->execute()
    #10 /home/pathlabt/public_html/forum/admin/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run()
    #11 {main}

    Also, when left enabled, it displays the one message I have to all users.

    Thank you

    Hi @Fosters. I'm having exactly the same problem as @Square Wheels. It has occurred since the last IPB update. This error message is displayed when we want to create or edit a record. In addition, all existing records are visible by default on the site, regardless of the display criteria defined. This is very annoying. As some of these records should only be displayed to certain members, I've had to disable access to my community for the time being.

  5. Hello Marc and thank you for your answer. It is normal that when you change the theme, the problem doesn't occur anymore because it refreshes the page. However, as I wrote above, refreshing the home page made the problem disappear for the duration of the session.

    I just tested again by setting the theme back to default and disabling all 3rd parties, in incognito mode. I also cleared the server side cache. It doesn't change anything.

    We are not stating you’re a liar, just that I cannot reproduce it

    No problem, I did not understand it that way 🙂

    I just made some screenshots for you to make a step by step numbered as clearly as possible. I just made some screenshots for you to make a step by step numbered as clearly as possible. I hope this will help the support to reproduce this problem. From the affected members, it happens in 90% of the cases and again only with Chromium based browsers.

    You may wish to check incognito mode to ensure caching is not influencing you.

    I was in incognito mode to perform these tests. Even if you don't succeed in reproducing this problem, it is real since several of my members and myself are experiencing it. Maybe you could ask other people from the support team to connect and see if they can reproduce the problem on their side?

    I would test this thoroughly with all third party applications/plugins disabled.

    Hello @Jim M. All third party applications/plugins are disabled on our site. Can they be reactivated now or are some tests still in progress? As some of these plugins are essential in our community, while waiting for your answer, I had to close the site to our members.
