  1. The value there shouldn't be a problem as the name attribute has a separate array in each case so it's basically acting as a boolean field to see if it has been checked or not. As the items are stored as integers in their re-order, this may be creating problems. I have created an item in our internal tracker to review the design of how this is stored as that could create complications. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
  2. Unfortunately, there is not really a better avenue to go down. There will be manual setup in any case here.
  3. Please be advised I have marked this to a developer to further review. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  4. Could you please provide an example that we could take a look at? In my testing, I am seeing that a pinned topic is honored and moved to the top of a combined fluid view: (Ignore my fun test subject matter. Us corgi owners love our corgis 😆)
  5. Excellent. Glad to hear you've got it resolved.
  6. Sorry that you do not agree. Solutions are marked in this forum to answer your question at hand (aka, what the software can currently do). If you would like to see this changed in a future release or want a third party solution to solve it for you, you can certainly post in the appropriate forums now that you know the answer 🙂 .
  7. Your topic would need to be visible to guests in order for the share buttons to show. You would need to check the permissions on the forum the topic is in and the parent forums to ensure it is visible to your Guest group.
  8. Thank you for elaborating. Just wanted to make sure that you were attempting to make a modification to your theme (aka skin) prior to moving this topic to the community support forum. I'm afraid, customizing your theme is outside our scope of support so you can receive support from fellow administrators on the forum here or you can reach out to a third party provider who can perform this modification for you.
  9. Please be advised that I have tagged this to a developer for further review. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  10. You'll want to remove any server-based redirects of HTTP to HTTPS. Then ensure that you update the guide fully as Randy mentioned.
  11. Thank you for confirming these. I have assigned this to a developer to follow up with to see what may be happening here or comment with any more questions. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
  12. Are they by chance hitting ctrl+v twice? In my experience, with large images, it takes a hot second for it to start uploading so just want to make sure they're not accidentally hitting it twice.
  13. Could you please clarify what you mean by "skin"?
  14. That would be up to yourself but yes, that would enable people to search for corresponding files with those tags.
  15. This seems to come up every now and again where the user in question is using a third party clipboard manager or some third party add-on in the browser which is causing this. You will want to contact them and have them try again with these items disabled.
  16. I would suggest looking into using the tag system so that you can tag certain years/models then allow people to search for them this way. Then use categories for makes. Unfortunately, simply having thousands of categories will hit performance problems.
  17. Our Commerce application does have a ticket system as a part of that. If you're using a third party system though, it depends on what you're wanting to do. There's obviously small integrations that you could do like: use the "Contact Us" form to send an email to your ticket system. If your third party system has a live chat option that could get included on a page via Javascript, you can add that in to our software. Outside of that, depending on the integration you want/need, it will require custom development which would be outside our scope of support.
  18. Unfortunately, the software is not built to have thousands of categories. Categories are not necessarily taxonomy like you're attempting to use here. If you have this many categories, it will create performance problems, like you're experiencing or create other issues, I'm afraid.
  19. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  20. Unfortunately, the email and password provided are incorrect. Please ensure you're verifying these credentials on your community before providing.
  21. The key is indeed required and it should be submitted automatically when you insert it via the system. If you are copy/pasting it without the key, this can create issues. If this is happening on the software inserting, please verify and update your credentials on file: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. Please provide the link to the post/content where you are uploading.
  23. Could you please provide an example URL? Did you convert from another software recently?
  24. The current plan, is that the "Live View" (aka the who is view and typing) will work on all topics, new/existing. That may change when we get ready for launching these features, though. So best advice I can provide is to stay tuned 🙂 .
  25. I'm afraid, there is not a straight forward report that will output this information quickly/painlessly at this time. However, if you use products or subscriptions, you can view the purchases for that product in ACP -> Commerce -> Store -> Products -> on your product, click the active number of individuals (or expired doesn't matter). You can then use that screen at least to help narrow your search down a bit via the advanced search to get dates, active purchases, etc... None-the-less, I will move this to our Feature Suggestion forum as I think this is a pretty valuable report to have and we could possible expand on this with other statistics from the community such as content, reputation, achievements, etc...
