Unfortunately, given what you are describing, this can only be an issue with your connection itself. Honestly not sure what I can suggest here. It may be worth contacting your ISP on this perhaps. I can confirm that I can connect to your site with no issue at all on this end
  2. I think you have read Matts comment as "No" rather than him simply letting you know that he's found you can do that with the mouse. This isnt to dismiss your thoughts
  3. There isnt really much I can add to what Gary has already said, other than to say its likely that the users accounts have come up in a user/pass combination list somewhere, and they are using the same details for your site. However a couple of observations I can make about your site specifically that you should address right away You are not using the latest release, and there have been security releases since the version you are using. You are allowing username logon. Changing this to email only as advised in the ACP, will certainly reduce instances of what you are seeing
  4. Not unless you add them via our ad system, or add your own code to suppress them accordingly
  5. There are large improvements that have been made to help in this area 🙂
  6. Sorry to hear you feel that way, however as I mentioned above, please post ant 'constructive' feedback within the area provided. Its worth noting, we cannot really action 'its still not beautiful'

  8. I have created a ticket on this, so I can get more information from you
  9. Its an open bug at present
  10. You need to post this in the discussion area for version 5
  11. No, as that may well be exactly what you are testing
  12. Sorry you feel the response wasnt helpful there. You are looking at 16 months worth of database changes there, and of course we wouldnt add anything that would cause performance regression intentionally. As this is a performance issue, the first advice would always be to contact your hosting company, and if you feel there are issues with specific queries you have pulled from slow query logs, please feel free to post them up and we can take a look.
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. There will have certainly been, yes. Thats nearly 16 month of releases there 🙂
  15. Yes, that would indicate you have many 3rd party items loading at that location. You should disable all 3rd party items and test first of all
  16. Indeed paypal will, but your site doesnt charge out PayPal. Only stripe would actually call out for payment, so had assumed it was stripe you were referring to there unfortunately. When deleting paypal, it does say there that it will remove them Im pretty sure thats done on a task, so I would delete that copy of the site if they are still running, as it may not have actually cancelled them all yet

The direct answer to yoru question of "How much difference is it going to make?" is In terms of file size. If its just a couple of images, probably not much. If its a lot, then quite a lot. Even small numbers can add up In terms of quality, thats not something anyone can tell you. Simply as its subjective. Personally I dont think 75% makes a huge difference. However I know there are some who will tell you if its on 98% and dont like it.
  18. That setting is for the screenshots on the downloads application, and is unrelated in any way to uploading in posts. There is no way to watermark post uploads at present
  19. Yeah, what you are seeing there is related to the device rather than the site unfortunately. There may well be an android user here who can help, of course.
  20. Thats a stop word in mysql, so cannot be searched https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.4/en/fulltext-stopwords.html
  21. Im not sure what it is you are asking here unfortunately. The button itself is just an upload button. What your device shows is up to the device itself
