  1. Check on background processes, and if that is then not the case, we will need some examples if possible

  19. The error is not specifically taking about permissions as you mention there. It just happens to be looking at those tables. Have you disabled all 3rd party items to test this?
  20. Is this a subscription product that is upgraded? or standard product with renewals?
  21. If you download a theme, then upload it ,it will be the same as copying it
