What worked for me was this App:

In this case it is better to ban the IPs by the HTACCESS (a few days). Then do a search for their host with WHOIS. If it is not Asian or Russian you can contact them by abuse@... by sending a copy of the spam.

Sounds like you're getting pretty good support from your host. Are you hosting on a VPS there?

there are several responses in diverse places over the response to a post when it is reported by the guest. All the moderators get notified but have trouble finding it'

turning off the guest reporting should resolve that.

The issue on your site is that your server is redirecting it elsewhere, and you have no SSL certificate in place for that location. You need to contact your hosting company on these issues.

If you want to ensure you have a default, then create a new one using the create button, then edit that theme and set it as default using the button provided.
As mentioned above though, you should tidy up the ones you have there, as having multiple with the same name will simply cause you confusion

Could I confirm that all files, data, etc...  were moved and the conf_global.php updated in accordance if the following guide? Often these errors result from missing something. https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/server-management/moving-to-another-server-server-transfer-r282/
Was the datastore folder purged (except for the index.html and .htaccess)?
Is there more information about what you're attempting to access or perform when encountering this error?

1.4 GBs is not that large of a database this day in age.
It is worth mentioning that your system log has quite a lot of errors in it as of recently. Today alone there were 115 logs. I would advise setting this log to purge every 30 days as you currently set it to never purge.
    I am also seeing:
    The table 'ibf_core_follow_count_cache' is full
There are also a lot of errors where gallery images are missing so that should be investigate on your file system with your hosting provider.

Just as a side datapoint, I don’t have the biggest community, but our SQL database is 12GB.  That does not include the search index as we utilize elasticsearch.

The database size itself does not matter much. IPB is written in an efficient manner to handle big amounts of data with well engineered indexes and queries to reduce the amount of overhead associated with finding data.

Slowness tends to come from other things such as high CPU load from a high number of concurrent users, an unoptimized MySQL configuration that does not properly get to utilize enough RAM, etc.
Ive been able to squeeze absorber 30-40% from my prior setup by focusing on server optimization. (Though your specific results might obviously vary.)

    Hi there, @Stan Jensen!
Few things have changed around here (as you can see 🙂 ), you should have received an email detailing these changes to the email address on file as you are a self-hosted client. The main avenue of support will be through our forums here: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/forum/497-help-support/ . However, self-hosted clients will still have email support till 2022 (please see your email for exact date as it will depend on your license expiration). It is worth noting that the support policies have not changed, just how you start a support request.
Looks like we have an accounts and sales inquiry from you in our ticket system but no recent support tickets. I have replied to you to see what you require assistance with.
If you did not receive any of the above emails, please ensure that the email address on file is accurate and check your spam folder please 🙂 .
Please also note I've moved this to our Help Support forum so we can keep better tabs on this topic.
Furthermore, on your original subject, are you still having issues with the download extracting when upgrading? Please ensure that your file permissions are set correctly and the owner of each folder/file is owned by the correct group/user for your web server.
