Thanks. I have used cleantalk elsewhere glad to know it is available here. this is amazing software... and by amazing software. I mean Invision. Cleantalk is amazing as well.

In the past, the spammers registered but because of the magic power of invision they could not post. Now we are getting 100's of posts that have to be deleted. Is there a good way to stop those again?

when there is a link on facebook, people get that. "Have you had your server provider disable all custom redirects and rewrites?" Should I ask them to do that?

so no one else has had to deal with this?

When someone posts a link on Facebook and people click on it. They get the error as attached too many redirects, Please, what is the fix for this? am using safari on a mac. attached is a screenshot from my iPhone Thanks friends Stan

there are several responses in diverse places over the response to a post when it is reported by the guest. All the moderators get notified but have trouble finding it' turning off the guest reporting should resolve that.

I have done so, but still, wondering why they were allowed to post, or is this a known issue?

Is that the same as clear cache? I have done that. What I want to know is how/why can a guest post? or is that related?

It seems like when someone reports a problem. (A guest) they can then post in that forum. I have attached two screen shots

ok. am trying to follow this. I have ADD so it is difficult for me I go the change the domain URL it seems like I have to delete my installation first? =that cant be right , can it? - - - - copy and paste - - - There seems to still be an installation of Invision Community at the URL on file. Before you can change the URL, you must first remove the existing installation.

I tried this before and it failed. I believe I have to do three things 1- change the domain name here on my account 2- have the host point the new domain name to the site on the vps, and have the same DNS at the domain name host. 3- Change some preferences on my forum to the new domain name, not sure where that it is but should be able to find preferences. Am I missing anything else? Thanks
