My guides are written using a template I purchased from ThemeForest a while back.

    You can find it here,
    http://themeforest.net/item/vsdocs-online-documentation-template/11418861

Eventually I'll have posts/guides like this compiled and posted somewhere online, instead of only available as post snippets here.

This is also the template I use to write the readme's included with my newer applications, such as Bulk Downloader,

That's what I have set up weeks ago, And aren't in the rules yet. I have three donations awards, get award if you have donated between $5 to $10, Will that work?

Good question, i don't think any donation plugin is supported - is the IPS Commerce supported? Haven't tested, don't own a copy.

  3. Anyone here that bought iAwards, have ideas to other awards?

    I have now a collection:
If over x amount of followers
If over x amount of profile views
    If certain post (prestige)
    If over certain reputation
    If has avatar

Out of ideas! Are there any left? That could be done automatic with @Kevin Carwile's rules.

  4. Alright.

I tried to make Rules work with Awards, so the user only can have 1 prestige award at once. Here is how it ended up, it gave both at once since it matched both:

@Kevin Carwile & @-RAW- could you guys look into this issue please? I want it so the user can earn 1 award at once, so i have three different award icons .http://i.imgur.com/PcJGmLy.png then if the user reaches "25" post it gives one, then if user reaches "100" post, it removes 25 and give 100.. but this does not work.

(As i said, it matches both - seems like the rules does not work together or whatever. I don't know why this is not working)

I have plans to make it larger... for Pages, Forums, Gallery (images) and Blog entries. Probably will be here in a couple of weeks. Of course, since it will have more features, will cost a little bit more...

No worries, hope to see it coming soon. There are no app/plugin that allows such, which kinda limits me. So now I have to make "members" only read topics :( bad seo though.

Pretty much, then we could add that condition to award 25 example

If 25 post, check if 50 already exist, else.. etc to prevent dupe actions constantly

The joined date had a bug which was fixed in recent versions. You update rules for the fix.

Once you have done that, your condition should work as expected.

    Thank you.

    Last Question for now:

I want to add Prestiges, so if the member has 25 post, add Award.. If 50, remove old and add new.

How would this work out? It seems like a cluster if i can say that, because i need to do so many if & else rules, then once i am done it would basically keep adding the 25 post award even its getting removed when your  at 50 posts.

    Member reaches 25 Posts:
    > Adds award
    > Checks if not already exist?

    Member reaches 50 Posts:
    > Removes 25 post award
    > Adds 50 post award
    > Check if not already exist

Then so on, but each time it would match both of them so how would that work out? it would give award, then remove instantly?? :(

One way I can think of would be to create a custom data field for your members in rules, and set it up as a select list with all the different 2-class combinations as options. Set it as public access so that each member can edit their own selection from their profile.

Then create rules for when the data field is updated which add the two awards from the selected option and (*removes all other class awards).

    * Removing awards is not an iAwards rules action as of yet unfortunately.

    Hello.

I want to make a rule, that basically checks if the member joined the first three months of my forum launch.

    Example: NOVEMBER 1 2015 > FEBRUARY 1 2016
How would I do this? I can't find any rule that fits, such as compare dates.

    this?

Oh, and look at all these errors.. Pages! Where should I report this, since this has nothing to do with iAwards..

Added at invisionizer, this will be added on the next update but if you need it now you can check there.

Can you confirm that the upgrade option with IPS, is supported with your plugin fully? Or do i need to re-install, and re-add all awards each time.
