Yes, when I donate points through user profile on front end, donations are going through fine. Bonus Points = Points. Users get an error that they dont have enough points even if they have it. I did report this back in December 2018 when I awarded points group wise through ACP and all points got reset and we couldn't do anything as there was no way to undo it.

Hey, I checked and it is not working. When donating points on the front end, the raffle system is unable to count it. It gives an error saying You Don't have enough Bonus Points. Also, do you know if this is fixed?

Hey @DawPi, Thank you for the detailed tutorial. I changed the settings there and added the block on the sub forum. Now it only shows the heading sometimes (Forum Moderator) but no names of staff members or does not show at all. Is there anything else I need to do? I also changed the plugin settings to show it to all members and selected both member and group moderator to show.

Also, is there a setting to remove the description box? I just want users to see the questions I set and answer them.

Probably. Can you fix it once you get time? Can you try recreating the error on your end? I can confirm users are not able to apply if points are donated through donate option in profile on front end.

Hey, On the theme we use on our board, a lot of plugins don't work with it but its something on our end. I ended up removing this plugin and sorted my menu in a different way. Thank you for your support 🙂
