Hello @TheJackal84, i wanted to reach you out because member's shop app on my website is not working well. Our members started getting an error whenever they redeem their bonus points. Error screenshot is attached below. Can you help me to resolve this issue? This issue is very critical and urgent for us because many members currently depend on this shop. Looking forward for quick resolution. I have PMed you my ACP details.

I have another plugin installed called the Enhanced User Info Panel which shows users information on posts including the bonus points the user has. After upgrading to your last update the plugin stopped showing the latest user points - http://prntscr.com/obv8dz The user has 5000 Points but still shows 1650. Not sure if this is a bug in Members Shop or the other plugin.

Hi, Is it possible to add a feature? Is it possible to send an Automatic PM for every item when a member redeems a custom item? Right now, there is only an option to send a sentence through the vouchers addon but I would like to send an automatic PM when the user redeems and not when I fulfill the custom item. Also, are there any other new features in the works? Thanks!

Hi, I need some help. I tried awarding bonus points per group basis as a gift. For every group I gave points, it added the total of the highest points by the member in that particular group to every user in that group. For example, if a certain member had 50K BP in that group and I awarded 10K BP then everyone had 60K BP in that group. Furthermore, I tried to reset points to 0 for a particular group and it ended up resetting the points to 0 for all members. What should I do now? Hope for a quick reply and solution since this has messed up my forum completely. Regards.

What do you mean by lock setting? The first option which says close/prune old topics is enabled. Sorry if I am confusing.

Yes, I already did that. Wanted to ask if there is an option or if you could put an option in the next update that would charge users a certain % for donating bonus points to some other users? This limits the chance of them misusing the system by donating amounts to users without much contribution to buy things.

Is it possible to allow only certain user class to donate or set % fees when someone donates points to another user? Also, is it possible to add fees if someone wants to buy and give the item to someone else?

How to award certain amount of points to a particular user group? Also, i purchased the Members shop goals addon. Is it possible to see the listed goals on the members shop on the main page by all members? I can currently see it only in the Admin CP under Members shop. Would like to see it on the main page members shop as well if possible as a new category? Thank you.
