I haven't had this problem for a while. But this problem seems quite random. In any case at present, I have no longer had any problems. I am on the latest ips version.

oh yes I had like in your screenshot "when a comment made". I just changed to "When the item is edited or a new comment is made" and it seems to work. It would never have occurred to me to think about changing that in the database section to then be able to apply the sorting when creating the block. I try to create a block (in Pages) sort by Last updated date but the block doesn't work. 

Maybe I missed something (especially since I don't see anyone talking about it) but if I edit a record (regardless of the modified field) the block is not updated (If I change the title, content or anything else the record doesn't go to the top). Can you confirm to me that there is indeed a problem with this? Or maybe sorting by last update doesn't work as I think ?

It just happened to me now, when I wanted to connect here I got the error message. I had to go over it several times before it worked. I specify that I am talking about here on your site. I took a screenshot with the error code.

I don't know if this will help you but it was to warn you that the problem had just happened to me too. 😞

For the count post under avatar you need to edit the 'postContainer'

Forum -> front -> topics -> postContainer

search

{number="$comment->author()->member_posts" format="short"}

and replace by

{number="$comment->author()->member_posts" format="long"}

it will replace 'short' by 'long' 😉

Try to replace the short format by long format in the html, for example (for your forum stat widget) replace this

{number="$stats['total_topics']" format="short"}

by this

{number="$stats['total_topics']" format="long"}

fter talking with NewbieLac, who would be interested to add an option to have the option to display either the group icon or either the name of the group? Currently it is possible to show that the group icon in the second category. I personally use group names. This could, perhaps, be interesting for those who do not use group icons but the group names. So I ask here to see if I am the only person interested in or if others in order to have this option in a future update.

Yes, when a topic is create, the first post automatically pinned. I don't know if it's possible for you to add this and maybe I'm only one to want it, but actually in my live forum (my live forum is again on 3.4.. The 4.0 just use for test for the moment) I have a plugin to pin the first post but I need to do that manually..; and it's very very bad for me to do that manually (because take many time), so if you add this in your plugin I will very interested to buy it... If it's possible for you.
