  1. It uses the main content field of Pages articles, forum posts, blog posts and so on. There are no options to change that.
  2. It depends on the specific field type. You can have SuperReview galleries and SuperReview quotes there for example (styled through SuperReviews) or your own custom fields like badges you might have added. The pro/contra fields are suppressed automatically in the listings views if I remember correctly, since they wouldn’t work there very well. But basically you can just try and see what works in the listing views. Same as with the “Above the content / Below the content” setting for the display view. Just play around with it, until it looks good.
  3. Yes, that is expected. Different layouts make different use of hi-res and thumbnail images when “auto” mode is active.
  4. It probably means that the thumbnail images aren’t available or can’t be accessed. But that’s not really a SuperBlocks issue. I have no control over that. You can also force to use the hi-res versions if you want in the SuperBlocks settings. “Auto” uses a mix of thumbnail and hires. “hi-res” only uses the hires images.
  5. I answered that above. Just repeating the question again won’t get us anywhere.
  6. Lot’s of broken images in your post, so I am not perfectly sure what you want to show. The difference between the two images I see is just the number of block entries, which affects the layout.
  7. It’s a global setting regarding guest content in the Captcha settings.
  8. The plugin settings provide options to handle how many images are being shown. That’s the only thing that affects loading time. Everything else is handled by the core software, for example cache time of blocks.
  9. Yes. It is meant to be used as many times as you want. You can have a book review and DVD review section for example on the same site. Both are separate databases and pages – they just call the same templates. You also mix the different modes however you like.
  10. It’s from the Pages Upload field with multiple uploads activated. The global setting for 5 or 10 stars is used automatically for displaying ratings. Half stars only work in Mode 1. Mode 2 and 3 use only full stars. The ratings needs to match the global setting. If the global setting is 5, the Pages databases shouldn’t use 10 or any other number that is not 5. Since that is a regular Pages feature, you can add it everywhere you want.
  11. There is no hard limit. Of course with every new field there is additional processing necessary. So many fields and weak servers might not go well together. But I wouldn’t expect problems with 8 review fields. If the header area delivers too little space, the fields can be moved below the review text using the “above the content / below the content” setting.
  12. Support topic for this marketplace offer.
  13. Yes, that is exactly what “auto” is supposed to to for certain content types. The options and description texts are shown wrongly in your screenshot. I would suggest to delete the settings plugin and reinstall it again.
  14. You need to delete the old templates and install the latest ones.
  15. The preview isn’t very reliable. Don’t count on that. Test it on the site. And test it without a SuperGrid template first. If you can’t get a regular Pages block with the stock block template and a record feed working, I would suggest to open a support ticket with IPS.
  16. Please use browser inspector options or plugins to find them like we would do it with any other CSS customizations as well. Sorry, I am not following that. In general, the SuperGrid block is just a different styling for “Pages record feeds”. There is nothing special about it and it shouldn’t depend on any other blocks. You should be able to create a regular feed block – see it working – and then add the SuperGrid theme later to it. That should change the appearance, but show exactly the same entries as before.
  17. Go to the SuperGrid settings. There is a color selector there to change that default white background to your dark background color.
  18. As far as I can see that is a theme problem. You can try it in the default theme to make sure.
  19. SuperBlocks as Pages blocks in general are meant as links to content. Embedding full content there would lead to various other problems and so I don’t plan to change that. For videos in Pages databases I would rather solve this in the content itself. Write a little sentence to describe the video. That wouldn’t hurt and even help with SEO.
