  1. Yes, you can set it up this way.
  2. That was added a while back. It’s on the homepage with the club feed.
  3. Yes, I am seeing what you are seeing and what I talk about is the text column. The number of characters per line is perfect the way it is. Making the text column wider makes it harder to read. Reading isn’t about “not wasting space”. That’s why books have whitespace since 500 years.
  4. Not sure what a bog is, but yes, you can pick and choose per database which of the templates are being used.
  5. There are no plans to do anything about the whitespace in the display template. If you really don’t like it, you are free to not use the SuperGrid display template and just switch to the default one for just the display view. The site shown last is a good example. The layout actually creates a very good column width, which improves the legibility significantly – making the articles easier to read than long texts in this fluid forum for example. So it’s a feature, not a bug. I won’t compromise on such matters of legibility. I won’t make things worse, not even when I’m asked to.
  6. You could probably swap DIV and H2 for compliance. Haven’t checked if it influences the styling, e.g. paddings.
  7. What’s the page URL?
  8. That is intentional.
  9. You have errors in your custom.css. That’s why the SuperGrid CSS isn’t executed at all. At first glance, the styling for “.ipsNavBar_primary > ul > li > a ” is missing a bracket. But there might be more.
  10. That’s a theme issue. SuperGrid has spacing there.
  11. No, it doesn’t work this way in mode 2 and 3. You turn the review system off, so there shouldn’t be a review button under the entry. The users will instead go to the separate review database and add a new record there – just like they would add a new article to a Pages article database. Feel free to add a link to this function to your menu, so users can find that more easily.
  12. Then your server blocks the outgoing call and you need to change your php.ini settings as mentioned on the product page.
  13. What happened after you placed the widget the first time without changing any settings? Did it load the default feed?
  14. Sure. Mode 3 uses two databases, so you would limit the product creating to staff and let members add entries to the review database.
  15. It uses the cover photo of the event.
  16. Yes. The text block for entries without images is long to fill the space that will be occupied if other entries have images. Or if all entries have enough text it will also look fine of course. A single entry doesn’t take other entries into account though. That would get way too complex.
  17. Haven’t tested it and don’t guarantee it, but auto-posting should also see the Open Graph data when the Facebook crawler looks at the page. So it might work.
  18. Pretty sure this is working as intended, but the error message is maybe a bit misleading. It detects that it is an Instagram link, but since there is no specific post, it won’t do anything with it.
  19. SuperTopics doesn’t care about tags. I would suggest to test the same block with the stock template vs. the SuperTopics template activated. Does it show up with only with the stock template? That would point to a SuperTopics problem. Does it never show up with tags activated? That would point to a faulty blog setup – or maybe caching problems.
  20. Please start by describing the issue here first. “There is an error message” is not enough. What does the error message say?
  21. I do not assign colors. I just use the theme CSS classes for “area background light” and so on.
  22. So it’s not a SuperBlocks issue. Either something is wrong with your settings or you need to contact IPS about that.
