If you use Firefox you can highlight the area that you want to see the code and then right click on it and select "View Selection Source".
Since each block has an ID, donate goals will be something like
data-blockid="app_donate_donateGoals_xxx" Replace "xxx" with the ending ID.
Then in custom.css you can do something like this:
[data-blockid="app_donate_donateGoals_xxx"] .ipsWidget_inner span.ipsType_normal { color:#ff0000; font-size:15px; font-weight:bold; } Change or add values to suit your needs. This way you don't need to touch the templates.
Hope this helps.

@Adriano Faria
I figured out why. There's a conflict with css "@import". Using "link" works:
<link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

Yes, options are good since the needs of each forum is different!
Thanks!

Ok. I'll take a look in next release. I rather add a setting so admin decides how will use it in their boards.

Suggestion:
1) Please allow Reasons to be optional. Sometimes the description is good enough.
2) Please allow custom sorting for awards (in the awards page), as I'm able to in the ACP (by drag and drop).

Feature Requests For This App:
Member Rewards: I would like the ability to tie a specific member reward to a specific goal (Not goals as in global). That way we can tailor the reward for a specific goal in mind. At the moment this is all global. Amount Range: Can you make it so we can just specify an amount rather than a range? Ie If I only want this reward for a £25 donation. (Yes I know I can put £25 in both text boxes. -

What kind of donations are they? eCheck?
Yes. Thanks, noted as bug for next version.
I'll note both, as good additions. I can provide custom edits for the first one if needed more urgently.

Will see what I can do in a future version as i see a few like the way we had it before.

There shouldn't be an issue then. Just enable that setting and it will upgrade to the 2 different groups based on the total donations rather then new donation.

Yes, "globally", inside the quiz, on the Quiz Actions menu. There's a 'clean games' option. This will delete all games (scores and players) for that specific quiz.

I like the idea of this app!
Is there a way to reset a quiz, whether globally, or for an individual member? If not, can there be such a feature in the future?

Being concerned about giving ACP access is a valid concern, and a concern that site administrators should never take lightly. That is a decision for each administrator to make.
With third-party applications there are many variables in play. Every site is set up differently (e.g., configurations, modifications, applications/plugins, server set up, etc.), and so it is impossible to take into account of everything. In most situations the applications do work out of the box. There are some cases when applications do not work as intended and part of the troubleshooting process is to determine whether the issue is global or isolated. As far as I can tell the issue is not global and the application author could not replicate what you've experienced. Based on what I've read, the issue seems to be isolated to your site. There's only so much you can do by posting replies back and forth.
The author asked for ACP access, not full ACP access to be specific. You could have PM'ed her and discuss what she'll need access to. If you do give out ACP access, you can restrict the access levels, such as restricting access to your members and payment information. For this particular app, it's unlikely she'll need access to those information anyway. But don't quote me as I don't know what the author requires. Below is what she asked for. I don't see "full access", just "ACP credentials". Excuse me for chiming in.
