    @Matt Is there a way to get the Member Title back under the user name but above the avatar? We use it for ID purposes on many accounts and need it there. Thanks. Your guide above sets the title to show under location, and that is not working.

    Posting the answer on this, just in case someone else has this problem. The response to the support ticket was: The only current spam mitigation we have on the contact form is the CAPTCHA. You can try a different CAPTCHA if you think bots are getting past the current CAPTCHA you're using. So, there is no way to filter e-mail addresses.

    Currently, we don't have the option of directing "contact us" messages to an e-mail address. Working on getting that fixed. So, all "contact us" messages have to go through the Commerce support ticket system. There is a filter system apparently in place there, but that's what is not working right now.

    I will look at that, but the problem is in the Commerce support ticket system. I am trying to filter a certain e-mail address, and it's not working. That's the issue here -- the e-mail address filter doesn't work. We have to have a contact us link on the front page that is accessible to anyone (registered user or not), but there should be a filter system in place.

    Thanks! I was thinking about that, because Guests are allowed to use this -- as it's the only contact method available to non-members -- which means that any member who has issues and gets locked out of their account also has to come in this way.

    We upgraded our forum from 4.5 to 4.6 on June 24th. Since then, we've also installed the update and the patch -- so it's currently running version 4.6.3. Some members noticed yesterday that their recent posts in a certain board were missing. As it turns out all posts since June 29th are missing in that board. Checked with all the moderators, and no one deleted them. A friend works on another forum also running Invision, and they are having similar issues with a couple of their boards ever since the upgrade. Is this a known bug? What is the best thing to do here? Thanks in advance for help!

    Sadly, the above did not fix the issue. I've received a whole bunch more from the same address today. If anyone has other suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

    EDIT: This did not work. Think I found the answer! AdminCP > Commerce > Support > Settings, then click on "Incoming Email". Scroll down and click "+ Add Filter". Then, fill it out like this (inserting the e-mail address used by the spammer.

    We're having some trouble with spam support requests (using the Commerce Support ticket) coming from certain e-mail addresses. Is there a way to block all messages immediately from certain addresses? Thanks in advance for help!

    With the new updates, I'm seeing abbreviated post counts on all members over 1,000 posts. This does not work for my forum. I need it back to the full number. How do I achieve that? Thanks.

    I'd like to remove all badges from the Avatar area. Our forum is showing a badge for members "recently joined", like this: I'd also like to remove the similar badge that appears on all members with Moderator status -- like this: Thanks in advance for any help!

    Upgraded one of our two forums last night. All went well. The only odd change was that the Widget Image boxes in the sidebar of the front page (and also on a separate Pages page) were all narrowed by approx. 40 pixels. Did the width of the forum change with the upgrade?

    Is it possible to add custom messages to the Registration process? I'd like to be able to add a message that new users see at the start of the registration process, as well as another custom message included with the e-mail they receive to notify them that the account has been activated? Are either of those an option? Thanks!

    Well, we have Pages. But no . . . these are regular posts that can be added to.

    Here's an example. I've got a Mod posting photo "how tos" for other Mods. Since it's screencaps of the forum itself, the photos really blend in. I'd just like a small line border or something to come up every time a photo is added to any post. Thanks!

    Is there a way to create any sort of a border around all photo attachments added in forum posts? I'm not even very particular about the look, so a small line or a thick one. Thanks!
